By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging and accessories

  • Have proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to improper use

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 BUSINESS days.


4. Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement for the product instead of a refund when possible.

Replacement orders will be shipped once the return request has been verified and approved.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock after order confirmation

  • A replacement is not available

  • The return request is approved under eligible conditions

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4--5 BUSINESS DAYS.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if applicable) may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI transfer

  • Store credit

Customers may be required to provide bank or UPI details for processing refunds.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 HOURS of placing the order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.


8. Return Shipping

If the return request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ShopSora will arrange the return pickup or provide instructions for returning the product.

If the return is requested for other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
